Early Years Funding (EYF)
The Early Years Funding scheme currently offers up to 15 hours of free education every week, for 38 weeks a year, to all three and four year olds, from the term after which they become 3 years old.
If your child is eligible for extended hours then you can claim the additional 15 hours at Whitsers (30 hours in total).
Some two year old children are also eligible for funding, called ‘Two Year Old Funding’ or ‘Funded Twos’ which we also accept at Whitsers.
Fees
Fees for children up to and including the term in which they turn 3 years old, are £7.50 per hour.
Fees for older children (from the term after they turn 3), for any hours in addition to those claimed under the government Early Years Funding scheme, are also £7.50 per hour.
Ad hoc sessions are £8.50 per hour.
We charge a £30 administration fee, which is refundable when you child starts – but can be a donation to Whitsers to cover the cost of registering your child/claiming funding etc.
Fair funding cost for funded children. 60p per day for snack plus funding donation based on attendance + total number of funded hours at 75p per hour minus snack cost.
We accept childcare vouchers and Tax Free Childcare Payments.
